Research Interests
Within the field of mathematics education, Paul's research interest is in how we can better prepare all students, especially those from historically underserved student populations, for college mathematics.
Biography
Paul received a B.S. with Distinction in mathematics from the University of Washington, a M.A. in mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Principal Certification from ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ Pacific University. Paul taught high-school in Oakland, CA then in ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ before joining the ranks of tenured mathematics faculty at North ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ College.
