Men’s basketball releases non-conference schedule that includes Washington, UTEP and Stanford.

Before jumps into its first season in the West Coast Conference, the Redhawks will test themselves against a challenging 13-game non-conference schedule that includes games against Stanford, University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and cross-town rival Washington.

SU kicks off its season with four-straight home games at the Redhawk Center, starting with Denver on Nov. 3, followed by Cal Poly (Nov. 8), Eastern Washington (Nov. 12) and Idaho State (Nov. 15). Then comes a trip to the Bay Area for a Nov. 21 matchup against Stanford.

Next up is the Resorts World Classic in Las Vegas, where ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ plays Texas State on Nov. 28 and either UC Santa Barbara or Lehigh on Nov. 29.

The Redhawks usher in December at home vs. Puget Sound on Dec. 3, before heading to Climate Pledge Arena for a Dec. 7 game with UTEP. Next comes a home game against Warner Pacific on Dec. 13 and then a return to the road to meet UC Davis on Dec. 17.

The much-anticipated matchup with Washington is on Dec. 19 at Climate Pledge Arena. Last season, in a major upset, the Redhawks knocked off the Huskies 79-70 for its first win over the UW in 48 years.

The team will close out conference play on the road vs. UT San Antonio on Dec. 22.

“We’re excited about the challenge of this year’s non-conference schedule,” says Coach . “It gives our team opportunities to compete against strong regional opponents, play on big stages in ¾Ã¾ÃË®ÃÛÌÒ and Las Vegas and prepare us well for WCC play.”

The Redhawks return eight players, including two redshirts, from the 2024-25 season while also welcoming eight new faces to this year’s squad.

SU’s full 2025-26 schedule, including specific dates for its 18-game West Coast Conference slate, will be announced soon. Stay up-to-date on all things athletics at .
